He took the time to understand our team and the challenges we were facing before we even started working together, and that really stood out to me. You can tell he genuinely understands people and team dynamics and knows how to bring the right perspective when it’s needed. For me, he has all the qualities that make a great coach: preparation, intuition, and the ability to ask the right questions at the right time.
Picked up a few of Wire's EVA guides and eBooks, and they've been 100% worth it. Everything is explained in a way that's easy to understand and actually useful. If you're trying to get better at EVA VR, I definitely recommend checking out his stuff!
