Round 7 of the EVA Pro League had no patience for drama: four series, four 2-0 sweeps. Nobody dropped a map on Tuesday night, but inside those eight maps there was a perfect game, a 23-kill rampage, and a title race that just got a lot clearer.

OG Esports 2-0 GiantX: the leaders don't blink

OG opened the night the way league leaders should. Cliff went 100% to 0%, a full shutout, and Lunar followed at 100% to 30%. Vexaa set the tone of the entire round with an opening series of 21 kills, 3 deaths and 2 assists, including an 11/2/2 map on Lunar that GiantX simply had no answer for.

OG stay unbeaten at 7-0. GiantX remain rooted to the bottom at 0-7, and the eye test matches the table: four kills was their best individual map performance of the night.

Solary 2-0 Team Vitality: the deepest roster in the league?

The closest thing Round 7 had to a contest, and our Match of the Round. Vitality actually showed up on Atlantis, and their 64% is the best losing map score of the night. It still wasn't close to enough: Solary took Polaris 100% to 39% and Atlantis 100% to 64%.

Two details worth your attention. First, Niivak: 10/3/4 on Polaris, then 13/10/5 on Atlantis, for 23 kills across the series, the most of any player in Round 7. Second, Solary rotated Azula in for Mido on map two and didn't miss a beat. Azula immediately went 13/9/3. When your substitute top-scores the map, that is roster depth the rest of the league should worry about.

Shifters 2-0 Team Heretics: brutal is the only word

Cliff: 100% to 11%. Atlantis: 100% to 0%. Heretics won eleven percent of one map and none of the other. Meykoo was surgical on Cliff (8/2/1), Bakki and Mattdouuu shared top billing on the Atlantis shutout (6/3 each), and on the other side only Endless (5/4/1 on Cliff) kept his head above water.

Shifters quietly sit third at 5-2, and they are beating the teams they should beat by margins that don't invite questions.

G2 Esports 2-0 SK Gaming: Skyzer's perfect game

The scoreboard says Helios 100% to 2%, Atlantis 100% to 0%, which is already a statement. The detail says more: Skyzer finished Helios 11/0, a perfect map, and closed the series at 19 kills, 2 deaths, 2 assists for a 10.00 rating and the Round 7 MVP.

The supporting cast was just as tidy. Karim quietly stacked 12 assists across the series, and Dimzy came in for map two and went 8/3/5. SK managed two total map percentage points across the whole evening.

The table after Round 7

OG Esports are running away with it at 7-0 (21 points), with a three-way chase group at 15 points: Solary, G2 Esports and Shifters, all 5-2. Vitality hold fifth at 3-4, then daylight, then SK Gaming, Team Heretics and GiantX.

The standout stat of the round: the four winners conceded a combined 145 map percentage points across eight maps, an average losing score of 18%. The gap between the top four and the bottom four is no longer a storyline. It is the structure of the league.

Round 8: July 14

The next slate has two games that matter for the table: Heretics vs OG, where the leaders should extend, and the one to circle, Vitality vs G2, where G2 can lock the chase group order. Solary vs Shifters is effectively a third-place decider.
